This website is owned and operated by Haven Floors, a registered partnership in Australia. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Definitions
- Haven Floors, we, us, or our: refers to the operators of Proven Floors.
- Client, you, or your: any customer engaging our services.
- Services: includes supply, installation, removal, preparation, and disposal of flooring.

2. Our Services
We provide full-service flooring solutions, including:
- Flooring supply and installation
- Removal and disposal of existing floors
- Floor preparation and levelling
- Furniture moving (if agreed upon)
We offer online estimates, but a physical site inspection is required before starting any work. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions.
All quotes and site visits are free.
3. Deposits, Payments & Cancellations
- A 50% deposit is required once a quote is accepted.
- Payments are processed through our invoicing system (Xero & Stripe). We accept most payment methods.
- In most cases, deposits are refunded if a job is cancelled, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
- Any additional work requested mid-job will be quoted separately and only proceed with approval.
4. Site Access & Responsibilities
- Clients must prepare the space before installation (e.g. moving fragile or personal items).
- If our team assists with furniture moving, we are not liable for any resulting damage.
- We reschedule installations free of charge in the event of delays (e.g. weather, product, or access issues).
- If the site is not accessible at the agreed time, additional charges or delays may apply.
5. Subcontracting
We sometimes use subcontractors to complete certain jobs. We may share customer information (name, address, job scope) with these contractors solely for the purpose of completing the work. All subcontractors are expected to meet the same standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
6. Warranties
- 10-year installation warranty applies to our workmanship.
- Product warranties vary depending on the manufacturer and product selected. These details are included in your quote.
7. Reviews & Project Photos
We manually repost reviews from platforms like Facebook and may display project photos on our website or social media. Colours may differ slightly due to lighting, cameras, or screen variations.
All job photos remain the property of Haven Floors and may not be reused without our permission.
8. Privacy
We collect customer data via web forms solely for quoting, coordination, and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties outside of subcontractors involved in your job. We currently do not use cookies or analytics tools but may implement them in the future.
9. Limitations of Liability
- The website content is for general guidance only and does not replace personalised advice.
- We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from use of our website or information displayed.
- All agreements and liabilities are governed by the confirmed quote and communication between you and us, not the general website content.
- We reserve the right to refuse service where appropriate (e.g. safety concerns, abusive conduct).
